Refund policy

As these are custom items drawn from your photos we have a no refunds policy as standard. If a customer feels that their portrait does not meet the standards for quality and likeness displayed on our marketing materials we will review the completed drawing and refund if we find the drawing not to meet our advertised standard. 

Customers are entitled to unlimited reasonable requests for modification based on the original photos that they gave our artists to draw from. In the event that a customer requests new photos to be used, we may ask for additional payment at cost basis so that we can complete this.
